Job summary

Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), valid RN license, and certifications such as BCLS, ACLS, and PALS. Must demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work autonomously in stressful environments. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.

Additional Duties: Performs staff evaluations, ensures service quality, and maintains confidentiality. Adheres to healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Performs other assigned duties to support organizational goals.
