Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced RN to provide independent nursing care in Medsurg or Telemetry settings. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using established protocols, while addressing clinical and psychosocial needs.

The role requires an active RN license with BLS/ACLS, BSN preferred, and at least 2 years of Medsurg/Telemetry experience. You’ll join a team that prioritizes safety, quality, and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; 2 years Medsurg and Telemetry experience; 5 years preferred.
• Active RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple units and demonstrate flexibility and proactive availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine and complex patient care aligned with treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor effects, and document patient history, symptoms, and care provided.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health needs and resources.
• Utilize the nursing process to develop and modify individualized care plans; communicate findings with healthcare team.
• Manage patient throughput, discharge planning, and unit operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, promote safe practices, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate health information documentation, operate medical equipment, and process medical orders effectively.
