Job summary

WellSpan Health in Waynesboro, PA is seeking a Float RN to provide primary nursing care across ICU/IMCU, Med/Surg and ED units. The role involves night shifts (6:45pm–7:15am) with a biweekly 72-hour schedule and rotating weekends and holidays.

The nurse will serve as the primary nurse for assigned patients, coordinate care with other disciplines, and adapt to unit-specific skills and standards as required.
