Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool at Hedrick Medical Center in Trenton, MO. This full-time night shift RN will float across ED, Med Surg Intermediate, ICU, and House Supervisor roles as needed.

You will collaborate with a team, gain diverse unit experience, and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment. Required: 1 year experience, BLS, and an Associate Degree.

Qualifications

• Applicable Experience: 1 year.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) for RN.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan and deliver patient care.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
• Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients and consult with the health care team to ensure outcomes.

Hedrick Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic float pool team. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive group while enjoying schedule flexibility and expanding your clinical skillset.

Shift

Full Time Nights, 7p-7a

Positions Highlights

• Float between Emergency Department (ED), Med Surg Intermediate, ICU, and House Supervisor roles as needed.

Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures. Tier 1 will work at one entity.
