Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for two shifts in Allentown. The role includes direct patient care, patient and caregiver education, and assistance during surgical procedures.

Candidates should hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and an active RN license in the practice state, with BLS current or within 30 days. Travel to patient care assignments may be required. Multiple specialties and units are available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care per physician plans.
• Perform patient assessments and relay changes to care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans.
• Assist physicians during procedures and maintain sterile technique.
• Perform circulating and scrub functions as needed.
• Support a safe surgical environment.
