Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multi-campus health system in Pennsylvania. The role supports day and night shifts with flexible scheduling and travel to patient care assignments.

You will provide direct patient care, conduct assessments, educate patients and families, and assist physicians during procedures while maintaining sterile technique and a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Knowledge of patient education techniques
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
• Provide patient and caregiver education
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care
