Job summary

Pearl Healthcare in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. The RN will oversee day-to-day nursing operations, administer medications, and coordinate with nursing assistants to deliver high-quality resident care on a weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants. Plan the shift’s services and activities.
Make reports on shift activities; admit, transfer and discharge residents as required; provide leadership to nursing staff.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
Maintain good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services meet residents’ needs.
Monitor safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies by assigned personnel.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
