Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per the nursing process.
• May serve as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor.
• Lead daily functions of LPNs and CNAs in compliance with policies.
• Assess residents and respond to conditions using the nursing process.
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Document care and services per facility policies.
