Five Star Nursing is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to work in skilled nursing facilities, following physician plans and under RN supervision. Earn $45/hour with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

We offer paid orientations and weekly pay with direct deposit, plus NY-compliant sick leave and on-call support. As a Five Star RN you will document histories, take vital signs, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide support to families and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active New York RN license.
• CPR certification required (BLS or ALS accepted).
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a nursing facility.
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Record medical histories accurately.
• Take and record vital signs; collect lab samples as needed.
• Administer medications and perform approved procedures.
• Monitor patient condition and update charts.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients.
• Communicate with patients’ families with advice and release instructions.
