Five Star Nursing is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to work in Skilled Nursing Facility settings. You will follow physician plans, supervise care under RN supervision, and advocate for patients and families. The role offers flexible scheduling and access to employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN license required.
• CPR certification (BLS or ALS accepted).
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Record medical histories accurately.
• Take and record vital signs and collect samples for lab testing.
• Administer medications and perform approved procedures and care.
• Monitor patient condition and maintain charts.
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
• Communicate with patients’ families to provide guidance and release instructions.
• Supervise and support other nursing staff when necessary.
