Job summary
Five Star Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to work in Skilled Nursing Facilities, delivering care per physician plans and under supervision. Earn $50 per hour with flexible schedules across days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications
- Currently holds an active NY RN license.
- CPR certification (BLS or ALS) required.
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
- Strong patient assessment skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated clinical competency.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record medical histories.
- Take and record vital signs, collect lab samples.
- Administer medications and perform approved procedures.
- Monitor patient condition and update charts.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients.
- Communicate with patients' families for guidance and release instructions.
- Provide supervision and support to other nursing staff.
