Qualifications

• Current Illinois Nursing License (Required).

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Provide leadership to nursing personnel and report on shift activities.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain collaboration with inter-departmental staff to ensure quality care.
• Monitor safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
