Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive and focused assessments.
• Provide and oversee direct nursing care.
• Lead and support LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for resident care.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care plans.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation.
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
