Job summary

Good Samaritan in Park River, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our not-for-profit team. The RN will provide individualized nursing care, coordinate with residents and families, and work with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care across all stages of health needs.

Shifts are 12 hours with varied scheduling; the role is full-time with a 36-hour weekly expectation. A salary range of $32.50–$48.00 per hour applies, plus a possible $30,000 sign-on bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, and support education and interventions.
