Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing (or multi-state licensure in NLC state).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process; assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team; may serve as charge nurse as needed.
