Job summary
Sapphire at Maple Crest in Belvidere, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team with competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and a shift differential. Qualifications
- Current Illinois Nursing License is required.
- Current CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and plan shift services, programs and activities.
- Provide written and oral reports/recommendations on shift activities and manage admissions, transfers and discharges.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Develop and maintain good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel to ensure delivery of nursing services.
- Monitor staff to ensure adherence to safety regulations in equipment and supplies usage.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
