Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain complete medical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery.
• Respond to medical emergencies confidently and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.
