Job summary

Sandstone Healthcare Group in Tucson, AZ is hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time and PRN roles. Join a compassionate team dedicated to restoring mobility and improving quality of life for patients in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings.

You will evaluate and implement individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona PT license or Compact license required.
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic treatments to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
