PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Westminster is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and supervise patient care on the unit under nursing leadership. You will coordinate interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization, including accessing community resources.

Eligible candidates hold an active RN license, current BLS, and ACLS within 90 days. Inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; must be AHA approved within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the unit.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and community resource access.
• Assume Charge Nurse duties with ACLS certification as required.
