Willingham Works is building a candidate pool of Registered Nurses in Erath, Louisiana and the surrounding area for future opportunities with our partner facilities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are pre-screening nurses for staffing engagements across Kentucky and southern Indiana.

The engagements vary by facility and shift, with pay rates that range from $30 to $45 per hour. We require an active RN license in KY or IN and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky or Indiana RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Any clinical specialty welcome: Med-Surg, ICU, ER, OR, L&D, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Psych, Home Health.
• All experience levels — new grads to 20+ years.
• Open to full-time, part-time, PRN, contract, or direct-hire opportunities.
