Job summary

Willingham Works is building a candidate pool of Registered Nurses in Erath, Louisiana and the surrounding area for future opportunities with our partner facilities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are pre-screening nurses for staffing engagements across Kentucky and southern Indiana.

The engagements vary by facility and shift, with pay rates that range from $30 to $45 per hour. We require an active RN license in KY or IN and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified nurses for staffing engagements when openings arise.

WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL

We are talking with Registered Nurses in Erath, Louisiana, and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities with our partner facilities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre-screened candidate pool so that when our partner facilities have needs, we have qualified nurses ready.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Kentucky or Indiana RN license
• Current BLS certification

COMPENSATION
