Willingham Works, a nurse-led staffing and consulting firm, is building a candidate pool of Registered Nurses for opportunities in Bagley, Minnesota and nearby areas.

This is not an immediate opening — we are pre-screening nurses to match future openings with partner facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and within a 10-mile Bagley radius. Pay rates vary by facility, shift, and specialty, with typical RN engagements paying $30–$45 per hour.

Formación

• Active Kentucky or Indiana RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Any clinical specialty welcome: Med-Surg, ICU, ER, OR, L&D, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Psych, Home Health
• All experience levels — new grads to 20+ years
• Open to full-time, part-time, PRN, contract, or direct-hire opportunities

Responsabilidades

• Build a pre-screened candidate pool for nursing engagements.
• Screen for clinical fit, not just license verification.
• Collaborate with partner facilities across Kentucky and the Bagley area to match future openings.
