Riverside Health in Williamsburg, Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee the delivery of resident care under Nursing leadership, coordinating with families and staff to ensure positive resident outcomes.

Responsibilities include assigning duties, engaging staff for performance, and communicating care plans to providers and families while maintaining safety, dignity, and high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• 6 Months LTC experience (Required) or 2 years LPN in LTC/AL setting or 1 year RN experience (Required).
• Registered Nurse license required upon hire (Virginia).
• CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of start.

Responsabilités

• Assign duties to staff according to education, training and resident need.
• Engage team for optimal performance and ensure quality resident care.
• Develop, implement and evaluate resident plans of care.
• Communicate plan of care to providers, residents, families and staff.
• Identify changes in condition with proper documentation (Interact process).
• Demonstrate follow-through for positive resident outcomes.
• Manage a typical nursing unit with sound judgment.
• Respect resident choices within safety and dignity constraints.
