• Supports resident choices with safety and dignity, per facility policies.
• Assigns duties to CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Engages team members to optimize performance and address issues.
• Contributes to development and maintenance of individual service plans.
• Observes condition changes and documents per nursing standards.
• Demonstrates good judgment and delivers positive resident outcomes.
