Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic computer and EHR software navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in SNF.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
