Saber Healthcare Group in West Reading, PA, seeks a compassionate RN for a skilled nursing facility to deliver high-quality resident care, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise staff in line with applicable standards.

We offer flexible pay options, generous benefits, PTO, tuition opportunities, a 401K plan, and a supportive leadership team. Shifts include 3:00p–11:00p, 11:00p–7:00a, weekends; pay is $50–$55/hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills and experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
