Job summary

Wadesboro Health & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate RN to join our 66-bed skilled nursing facility in Wadesboro, NC. You will assess resident needs, develop individualized plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers full-time hours, a 11:00a–7:30p shift, and a starting wage of $40.00 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
• Significant clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care provided.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing assistants and other staff.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and the facility’s standards.

Education

RN license (unencumbered)

CPR certification

Basic computer skills & EHR familiarity

Significant clinical experience preferred
