Job summary

Campbell Health & Rehab Center in Burgaw, NC, is seeking a compassionate RN to assess residents, develop individualized care plans and deliver nursing care in a SNF setting. You will supervise nursing staff, follow established policies, and maintain high quality care.

The role requires an active RN license in NC, CPR certification, and comfortable use of electronic health record systems. Full- and part-time shifts (7a–7p) are available with competitive hourly wages and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care quality in SNF settings.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel per policy and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies.
