Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate registered nurse for the Pittsboro Health & Rehab Center in Pittsboro, NC. The RN will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing staff in a SNF setting.

We offer flexible pay options including on-demand and weekly pay, strong benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth. Shifts are 7:00a–7:00p and 7:00p–7:00a with starting wages at $43 per hour.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
CPR certification required.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.
