Schedule: Day Shift 3*12s 36hours/week

Role: Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Main OR

Schedule: 36 or 48 hrs/week

Shift: Monday–Friday, Days

Call: Per unit need, until 11:00 PM only

License: NY RN License ONLY

Experience: 2 years OR Level I Trauma experience preferred

Certification: CNOR required

RNFA Education: Completion of an accredited RN First Assistant program

BLS: AHA ONLY

ACLS: AHA preferred

Role: Combined Circulator/Scrub RNFA

Required DaVinci Experience:

Robotic Urology

Robotic GYN

Robotic Surgical Oncology (Whipples, gastrectomies, hernias, etc.)

Robotic Thoracic

Robotic General Surgery (gallbladder, appendectomy, etc.)

Skills: Perioperative nursing, surgical first assisting, scrubbing & circulating

Preferred: Strong robotic surgery experience and Level I Trauma experience

Responsibilities: Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team, assist during operative procedures, support safe surgical outcomes, and perform OR RN duties when not assigned as RNFA.
