Trinity Health Oakland Hospital in Michigan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the RN Care Manager in the Operating Room. This part-time, day-shift role partners with the health care team to guide patients and families through the perioperative journey and to support outcomes.
Under the surgeon's direction, you will assist as a first assistant during procedures, coordinate care across shifts, and help with patient movement through the perioperative experience.

Day Shift
Functions as the RN Care Manager in the Operating Room sharing accountability with other Care Managers on all shifts to assist patient/families in achieving outcomes. Together with the health care team manages the continuity of care, negotiates, directs and provides patient care services. Additionally, facilitates patient movement through the perioperative experience. Under general direction of the surgeon, provides direct patient care as a first assistant during surgical intervention.
