Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments, including obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list.
• Evaluate the claimant’s functional level of independence and assess the ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks.
• Perform a brief cognitive screening as part of the assessment process.
• Use a point‑of‑care web application/system on a laptop or tablet for real‑time documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Proven ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN experience.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Proven good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Pay

Target Pay: $82,995 - $124,492 annually.
Hourly Pay Range: $39.90 - $59.85.
Per Visit Point Pay Range: $47.88 - $71.82.
Pay is based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.
