Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager to join Shady Grove Fertility in Westshore, Florida. This role focuses on coordinating care for fertility patients and guiding them through treatment, working closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will hold an active RN license, preferably BSN, with IVF/fertility experience, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach. Full-time schedule with day hours and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with no limitations.
• Fertility/IVF experience or background in women’s health preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload and coordinate patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Westshore, Florida.

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM through 4:00 PM; with a weekend and holiday rotation

In This Role, The Registered Nurse Case Manager Will

Qualifications And Skills Include

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests
