Job summary

Franciscan Health Dyer Campus in Dyer, Indiana is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery and Postpartum, night shift (0.9 FTE). You will join a faith-based, mission-driven team providing compassionate, comprehensive maternity care.

You will develop and implement care plans, collaborate with nurses and physicians, and ensure safe, patient-centered support for mothers and newborns in a 15-bed unit.

Qualifications

• RN with Labor and Delivery experience required.
• Associate degree in nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed as an RN in Indiana (NLC) or eligible.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced labor/delivery care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Labor and Delivery and Postpartum care.
• Develop, implement, and reassess plans of care with the care team.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff in a faith-based setting.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort in a 15-bed unit.
