• Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team and ensures effective communication.
• Delivers timely documentation and supports safe, quality patient care.
• Serves as a preceptor/mentor to staff and students as needed.
• Adheres to Wellstar policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
