Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking a part-time registered nurse to deliver nursing care within the unit’s scope, adhering to hospital policies and standards of practice. You will assess patients, document responses, plan and teach per the plan of care, and supervise ancillary staff to ensure efficient operations.

Ideal candidates will have Michigan RN licensure, BLS, and relevant unit experience. ACLS/NRP/PALS requirements vary by department and must be completed within stated timeframes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification as Healthcare Provider (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• ACLS/NRP/PALS as applicable to unit and role per policy deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, document responses, and adjust plans of care as needed.
• Plan and implement the patient's plan of care and provide teaching per care standards.
• Oversee ancillary personnel for technical tasks.
