Job summary

Endeavor Health's Evanston location is seeking an RN for the Adult Psychiatry unit in Evanston, IL. This full-time role on the evening shift (3:00-11:30pm) may include rotating weekends and holidays, with a base pay structure reflecting experience and local market conditions.

Responsibilities include delivering safe, effective nursing care, planning and evaluating patient care, and guiding assigned staff while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR Certifications ; American Heart Association
• Experience: Adult Psychiatry Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What you will need
