Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a healthcare professional to join our Minneapolis team for endoscopy services. The role involves 10-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, managing an average of 18 procedures daily in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include at least 1 year of pre/post Endoscopy experience, ACLS and BCLS certifications, and flexibility to work in a dynamic facility. Locals welcome with no radius restriction.

Responsibilities

• Admit and recover endoscopy patients in a Phase 2 area, managing no more than 2-3 patients simultaneously.
• Assist in the procedure room with moderate sedation and advanced procedures such as pulmonary robot bronchoscopy, EBUS, ERCP, EUS, EMR, ESD, EGD’s, and Colon’s.

• Guaranteed Hours:
• Travel candidates can be assigned to 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
• 12-hour shifts guarantee a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Shifts less than 12-hours guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Client covers all weekly guaranteed hours for cancellations or closures.
• On-call hours do not count towards guaranteed minimum hours.
