Job summary

Mankato Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role with daytime weekday hours. RNs will support physicians, greet and room patients, educate on care, prepare for exams, take vital signs and document symptoms to ensure a compassionate patient experience.

Required are an RN license, BLS/ACLS within 90 days, clinic nursing experience, IV therapy, and strong communication with patients and staff. Employment contingent on screenings and background checks.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN program, with a certificate/diploma.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• BLS & ACLS certification required or obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Experience in clinic-based nursing.
• IV therapy experience.
• Commitment to patient education and satisfaction; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with providers, staff and patients.

Full-time #80 hours per payperiod Monday-Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm

Mankato Clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse who will care for patients with compassion, empathy and respect to ensure our clinics are a welcoming and healing place. RNs assist our physicians and providers with patient visits, greeting, rooming and educating patients, setting up for exams and procedures, taking vital signs, and documenting symptoms.Join a great team of providers and staff dedicated to caring for people.

Formal training indicated by a graduation certificatefrom an accredited RN school of nursing; current State licensure;BLS & ACLS certification is required or obtained within 90 days of start date; experience in clinic-based nursing; IV therapy experience; dedication to patient education and satisfaction; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to work compatibly with providers, other staff members, and patients.

Employment is contingent on drug screening, health assessment and background check.

Benefits & Compensation

Base Pay Range: $32.85-$49.35, initial pay based on relevant work experience.

Our clinic environment offers primarily daytime, weekday schedules, helping employees maintain consistency in their daily routines. All employees scheduled 60-80 hours per pay period are eligible for full benefits.
