Mankato Clinic is looking for a Medical Assistant or LPN who will care for patients with compassion, empathy and respect to ensure our clinics are a welcoming and healing place. MAs and LPNs assist our physicians and providers with patient visits, greeting, rooming and educating patients, setting up for exams and procedures, taking vital signs, and documenting symptoms. Benefits & Compensation:
Base Pay Range for Medical Assistant: $20.25 -$30.18 based on certification/registration
Base Pay Range for LPN: $22.45-$32.55
Initial pay based on relevant work experience
Our clinic environment offers primarily daytime, weekday schedules, helping employees maintain consistency in their daily routines. All employees scheduled 60-80 hours per pay period are eligible for full benefits.
