Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (HPW) - FT - Night

Minimum Pay: $42.00

Position Overview: Fosters an environment aligned with our core mission. Delivers quality care through team collaboration, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Ensures patient safety by following appropriate policies. Acts as an advocate by providing emotional and informational support to patients and families, involving them in care planning and goal setting. Plans for traditional and individualized comfort measures. Collaborates with healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes and satisfaction. Educates patients about medical conditions and supports families emotionally. Supports organizational readiness for regulatory standards, Environment of Care, Magnet, and other certifications.

Offers are contingent upon successful completion of onboarding and a pre-employment physical. Capital Health requires all applicants to have an annual flu vaccine prior to start, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
