Job Summary and Qualifications: The RN coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care according to department requirements and standards. Collaborating with medical providers and team members, the RN provides individualized, compassionate care using established models. The RN advocates for patients and models the organization’s values to ensure an exceptional patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
2. Manage personnel, supplies, and equipment per standards.
3. Participate in quality improvement activities.
4. Perform triage assessments.
5. Obtain lab specimens via venipuncture.
6. Respond to emergency, life-threatening situations.
7. Charge the department as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas RN licensure.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• BLS/BLsC certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire.
• One year of emergency services experience.
