Job summary

A community hospital in Falls City, Nebraska is seeking experienced emergency room Registered Nurses for night shifts. The ideal candidates will provide essential care in a Level IV Trauma Center, dealing with both minor and major medical emergencies. Responsibilities include assisting in medical-surgical coverage as needed and collaborating with paramedics and hospital staff. Applicants must be RN-licensed in Nebraska and hold certifications in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, and PALS/ENPC within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in the State of Nebraska.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, and PALS/ENPC within 6 months of employment.
• Experience in a Level IV Trauma Center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients in the ER.
• Assist in Med-Surg coverage when needed.
• Work collaboratively with hospital Paramedics and Hospitalists.

Community Medical Center is seeking experienced emergency room Registered Nurses. Night shift hours are available (7pm-7am) including every third weekend/holiday rotation. Our emergency room is a Level IV Trauma Center equipped to take care of minor and major medical emergencies in Richardson County, NE and surrounding communities. The primary assignment would be in the ER and with the expectation to assist in coverage of Med‑Surg when needed. This position will work closely with hospital Paramedics that assist our community 911 calls and 24/7 staffed Hospitalists who are ATLS certified in advanced trauma care.

Requirements

• Graduate of school of nursing required.
• RN‑Licensed in the State of Nebraska.
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, and PALS/ENPC required (or receive within 6 months after starting).
