Job summary

Plymouth Hospital is seeking a registered nurse for a contract position on a 12-hour night shift, with guaranteed 72 hours every two weeks, including every other weekend. Onboarding includes Pass/Fail ECG/Telemetry and medications testing, with a minimum 85% required and no retake offered.

Applicants must hold a Massachusetts RN license, have 2+ years of experience, and possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications. EPIC EMR experience is mandatory; TNCC and MAB are preferred.

Position Description

Contract position with guaranteed hours of 72 hours biweekly on all assignments – guaranteed hours exclude any on-call time worked.

Shift Details

12-hour night shift, every other weekend.

Testing Requirements

• Pass/Fail ECG/Telemetry and Medications Test during onboarding – one attempt only to pass.
• Dysrhythmia and medication tests are administered via a secure online meeting prior to assignment. Nurses must complete testing within 48 hours of offer. A minimum score of 85% is required to pass. There is no opportunity for remediation or retake, so preparation using the provided study guide with tips and answers is strongly recommended.

Additional Notes

Travelers who have worked for this health system as travel, permanent, or per diem staff within the last six months are not eligible. A separation of six months from the facility is required to be considered.
