Anna Jaques Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a Per Diem RN for the Emergency Department in Newburyport, MA. You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient care.

Required MA RN license and BLS; ACLS within 6 weeks of hire; TNCC preferred. Per diem shifts include weekend and holiday coverage with substantial patient interaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility).
• BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification required within 6 weeks of hire.
• TNCC Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, observe patient progress and evaluate therapies for outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal care plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their families to achieve best outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and Critical Thinking in a team environment.
