The role you’ll contribute:

The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the multidisciplinary treatment team for patients under their care. The RN administers, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing process in providing care, striving to improve patient outcomes.

The RN acts as a role model for the mission and patient promise of AdventHealth, working within the Florida Nurse Practice Act, regulatory standards, policies, protocols, and procedures, utilizing relevant references for clinical practice. They critically evaluate evidence for application in their area of practice.
