Job summary

1103 Team Member Services seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift at our Texas facility. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary care, documenting progress in the medical record.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing with RN licensure; Bachelor's degree preferred. Certifications (ACLS/PALS/NRP) per unit, EKG experience, and BLS are expected; a supportive team and patient-centered care approach are emphasized.

Job Description
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
  • Monitor patient progress, regularly review, and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure everyone is informed and involved in the care process.
  • Document patient information accurately, including assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in the patient's medical record.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise the plan of care according to patient outcomes.
  • Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft Windows-based programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills.
  • Able to navigate and manage multiple priorities.
  • Uses independent discretion/decision-making.
  • Able to make decisions under pressure.
  • Manages anger/fear/hostility.
  • Manages stress appropriately.
  • Works alone effectively.

  • Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and valid AHA Advanced life support certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP) per specialty/unit requirements.
  • Internship and/or preceptorship dependent upon nursing experience.
  • Unit-specific competencies met per orientation pathway.
  • The majority of employees will require a minimum of 12 months after orientation completed to achieve proficiency.
Education

Associate's of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience

1+ 12 lead ekg experience [Required] 1+ acute hospital experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications

Pay Range

Pay Range: $33.61 - $62.53
