Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time, 12-hour night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) requires every third weekend and rotating holidays, with a 36-hour work week.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop plans, deliver care and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team while documenting and communicating changes in patient conditions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Current RN Pennsylvania state license required.
• Current BLS required or obtained by orientation.
• ACLS required or obtained by orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.
• Previous acute care and/or ER experience preferred.

Position Purpose

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of patient care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team.

As a Registered Nurse, You Will

• Provides total, comprehensive care to patients by applying the nursing process in an organized and systemic manner according to hospital policy.
