Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. The role is full-time on the Night shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) with every third weekend and rotating holidays, in the Emergency Department.

The RN will deliver comprehensive patient care, participate in discharge planning, and collaborate with the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes. Must hold an RN license in PA and BLS; ACLS as applicable. Benefits start on day one.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Current RN Pennsylvania state license required.
• Current BLS required or obtained by completion of orientation.
• ACLS required or obtained by completion of orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.
• Previous acute care and/or ER experience preferred.

• Communicates proactively to the health care team, plan of care, changes in patient condition, the patient progress, the discharge plan and other relevant information.

Position Purpose

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of patient care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team.

As a Registered Nurse, You Will

• Provides total, comprehensive care to patients by applying the nursing process in an organized and systemic manner according to hospital policy.
