Job summary

Southwest Health Rancho Springs Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. You will assess and treat patients on assigned units, manage pain, invasive lines and drains, and work within regulatory, legal, and hospital policies while aligning with the hospital's Core Values and mission.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in an acute care emergency department, completed an accredited RN program, and hold a California RN

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in an acute care emergency department
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN Preferred

Qualifications

One (1) year experience in an acute care emergency department

Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.

BSN Preferred

REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS

Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
BLS (AHA) certification

ACLS (AHA) certification
PALS (AHA) certification

NIH Stroke Certification
CEN encouraged.

Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
